The condition of this apartment was dramatically improved by updating the kitchen, bathrooms and closets. The entry foyer, living and dining rooms were all integrated to create a loft-like atmosphere. New floor to ceiling wooden doors and frames were added to compliment the new stained floors and to accentuate the ceiling height.
To build this project we had to obtain the Coop permits and permits from the NYC department of buildings. We produced IN HOUSE the construction drawings and developed construction administration and observation.
