Prior to Victoria Benatar, Architect PLLC’s involvement, this originally exquisite mansion was subdivided many times by its owners in order to obtain the maximum rent. The firm’s vision for its renovation highlighted several development options that took into account the house’s original configuration and elegance.
The proposed renovation options included single story apartments and duplexes with a range of bedroom options. The designs reduced construction costs and maximized revenue.
